Honolua Bay is calm with excellent visibility. It will likely be busy today, so please tread lightly, be mindful of others, and mālama ʻāina while enjoying this special bay. Kapalua Bay is also looking pretty calm, though some waves are reaching the shoreline and currents remain strong near the points. Napili is more exposed to waves and wind, making conditions a bit rougher. Passing showers are possible.
Ka’anapali: 7.5
Kahekili is looking really nice this morning with clear water. Small surging waves are possible along the shoreline, so use caution when entering and exiting the water. The south face of Black Rock is looking good, though waves are higher and currents are strong near the point. Mostly sunny, while afternoon winds may make Kahekili Beach a bit rougher and bring some clouds.
South Shore: 6.0
Waves continue to affect the zone. The smallest waves are along Kamaole Beaches 1, 2, and 3, as well as Ulua Beach. Surf is more noticeable along Wailea Beach and south into Makena. Reduced visibility and strong currents are possible where waves are breaking. Morning clouds should gradually clear, with breezy winds possible later in the day.
