Starting on South Kihei Road, turn on Kaiau Rd
Once on Kaiau Rd, immediately turn right into the parking lot
If the parking lot is full, parallel park on the street
After parking, walk down Kaiau Rd toward Charley Young beach access

It’s definitely a spectacular morning for snorkeling, with all three zones looking fantastic! Keep in mind that wind and waves are still elevated in some areas. Be sure to check the snapshots and live camera links below to find the best spots for your adventure.

Northwest: 8.0

Honolua, Napili, and Kapalua Bay are looking great this morning, with calm conditions inside the bays. Morning showers are likely, so keep that in mind as you plan your day. Winds and waves are still present in the northwest zone, and currents remain very strong near the outer points of the bays.

Ka’anapali: 9.0

Kahekili and the south side of Black Rock look stunning this morning, with small waves and excellent snorkeling conditions. While the water is calm near the shore, winds remain present and could pick up later. Currents will still be strong in deeper water and toward the tip of Black Rock, so stay mindful as you enjoy the beautiful morning.

South Shore: 8.5

Kamaole 1, 2, and 3, along with Ulua Beach, are looking very calm this morning, setting the stage for an incredible beach day. Winds may pick up this afternoon, creating choppy waves and reducing visibility, but the morning conditions are fantastic.
