It’s a Maui Wowie morning with excellent conditions in areas of all three snorkel zones. Light winds and clear water are setting up a beautiful start to the day. Things could still shift later, so always keep an eye out for changes.

Northwest: 7.0

Kapalua Bay has the calmest water with clear visibility. Currents become very strong Out near the points. It looks like the waves will start to pick up again and will affect Honolua first, although it could stay nice for much of the day. Please assess conditions before heading out. Mostly sunny.

Ka'anapali: 9.0

Kahekili Beach is calm and clear with very small waves. The south face of Black Rock also looks great this morning, though currents remain very strong out near and beyond the point. There's a slight chance the waves pick up a little bit, light on shore wind could make it a little bumpy later. Sunny with a chance of some clouds later.

South Shore: 8.0

A beautiful morning with sunshine and gentle wind. The waves picked up just a little bit. The south ends of Kamaole 1, 2, and 3 are calmest. Ulua Beach is looking good. Makena Landing has potential. There's only a slight chance the afternoon breeze could make seas choppy. We expect sunshine all day.
