Northwest: 6.0

Elevated surf along the more exposed beaches and points. Inside Honolua Bay, conditions should stay calm. Check from the overlook, especially if it’s raining, to make sure visibility remains good. Kapalua Bay has calmed down, although currents become strong farther from shore and waves may surge high at times. Morning showers should clear, while clouds may linger and winds could strengthen.

Ka'anapali: 4.0

Powerful waves are still breaking in some areas, especially south of Black Rock, where conditions remain quite dangerous. Kahekili Beach has the smallest waves, although they continue surging onto the shoreline. Expect a mix of sunshine and clouds. Afternoon winds could make conditions rougher as the day goes on. Clouds and sunshine.

South Shore: 4.5

Beautiful mostly sunny beach day. The surf is starting to settle down, although hazardous waves remain in areas. The largest waves are in the Makena area. The Kamaole Beaches have the smallest waves, while Ulua Beach is improving but remains a bit rough. Visibility may still be affected, please continue using caution.
